E15 / E24 — Leak or Drainage

E15 means a leak detected in the base tray. Check the door seal, spray arm and hose clips. E24 means the machine is not draining — clear the bottom filter and check the drain hose for kinks. Repairs typically £90–£130.

E1 / E2 — Water Inlet Problems

E1 means the machine is not filling within the expected time. Check the water tap is open and the inlet hose is not kinked. E2 indicates overfilling or a faulty water level sensor. Inlet valve or pressure switch replacement typically £85–£120.

E09 / E25 — Heating and Pump

E09 points to a heating circuit fault — usually a failed element or temperature sensor. E25 means the drain pump is blocked. Remove the filter and check the impeller for debris. Repairs £90–£140.
